About us

Behind Today Sushi is a food-loving family with roots in Vietnam. For over fifteen years, we have been preparing meals for the people of Gothenburg — from early lunch to dinner, cold sushi and warm dishes side by side.

We are located inside the moat on Magasinsgatan, a little spot in the hustle and bustle where you can sit down for a break or grab something delicious on the go. The menu draws flavors from different parts of Asia, with sushi being prepared and plated by hand, day after day.

Friendly and leashed dogs are always welcome — both indoors and on the outdoor terrace when the weather permits.
